Step 2. Enter a value of 1,000 into Cell A3 and select the Target Cell as A1.

Specify that Cell A3 behave as an interactive impact cell so that it can permtute cell A1 or A2.

Step 3.

After selecting cell A1, A1 becomes a formula cell and A3 becomes an input cell. Then the model calculates cell A1.

When you specify an interactive impact cell type you are then prompted for a callback option choice.

The callback options determines if the permuted cell in turn prompts or simply automatically points back to the parent cell.

When the current cell causes a permutation you are prompted what cell to permute. In turn when the permuted cell causes a permutation it will also prompt for what cell to permute. You can turn off the prompt on this callback by selecting NO, as shown to the left. Then when the cell causes a permutation it will soley change it's original calling or parent cell to permute back to its original form.

This selection dialog allows the user to select a target cell and permutation equation for the active cell to permutate.
